2. QUOTAION

After you place an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order.

Regarding the shipping charge, we will inform you within 3~5 business day in a separate e-mail. (Please be noted that there are some cosmetics and hair-care products might cannot ship globally due to the ingredients issue.)

3. PAYMENT(BANK TRANSFER／CREDIT CARD)

Please confirm the quotation before you make a payment.

Regarding the bank transfer, please be noted that customer will be responsible for all service charge/fees)

4. DELIVERY

We will arrange the shipment ASAP after confirming your payment.

※Kindly note that it will take longer than usual , if the shipments arranged in FCL/LCL mode.

• We can also arrange FedEx or Airmail upon request.

• We can't accept changing or cancelling purchase order after receipt of payment.
• We can't accept return, refund, exchange and no guarantee for breakage or non-arrival.
• For delivery to Singapore please contact our local subsidiary.
